What is Twentyfourseven?  twentyfourseven is a full time internship partnering with West Texas Youth Alive in Lubbock, TX.  It is our passion to be engulfed in God’s presence and to see that flame ignited in others. 

The dream to have a full time studentship program and internship finally came into realization in the fall of 2004 in the studentship program called Consumed.  The founders of Consumed, Chris Murdoch and Todd Starnes, desired to see revival explode in West Texas.  After Chris became the District Youth Director for the West Texas Assemblies of God, Todd continued with Consumed for one more year.  Then, Todd was appointed as District Youth Alive Director and decided to focus his attention on Youth Alive before continuing with a full time studentship program.  Now that Youth Alive is growing strong in West Texas it is time to bring the dream of full time studentship back to fruition.  Young people are hungry to experience the Holy Spirit and learn to be led by the Spirit.  Twentyfourseven is committed to bring students to a place of intimacy with the Holy Spirit and help them on their journey to fulfill the Great Commission, changing the destiny of a generation!
 

Mission of Twentyfourseven:

Twentyfourseven exists to engulf highly motivated students in the presence of God, train them through strategic education to impact people of all cultures and nations, giving them the opportunity to discover their life purpose.

Purpose of Twentyfourseven:

We want to nurture men and women of God who will powerfully impact their world through Jesus Christ, with a humble and willing attitude to stretch them past their comfort zones.

Student Goals:

• Mentor West Texas District Campus Missionaries

• Assist West Texas District Youth Alive Campus Clubs

• Assist The Seven Project in West Texas and other districts

• Spend time everyday in prayer, Bible reading, and journal writing

• Memorize at least 100 scriptures

• Fast twice a month

• Assist in ministry outreaches with West Texas churches

• Graduate with an understanding of the operations of a local church and Youth Alive

• Expose them to worldwide missions
